- Order Overview: View the name of the store where you made your purchase, along with the current status of your order and any shipping updates.
- Tracking Number: A unique tracking ID for your shipment, complete with a convenient option to copy it.

Our platform is a tool to help you monitor your shipments; we do not handle the fulfillment or shipping process. The online store you ordered from is responsible for managing your purchase, and once shipped, the designated carrier is responsible for the delivery.
If you have any questions regarding your order’s status or delivery, it is best to contact the shipping carrier or the online store directly. Not all orders will have tracking information, as this depends on the shipping method selected by the seller.
