Redeeming your Cercle Points

You can redeem your Cercle Points for store-specific vouchers directly within the Cercle app. Once points are redeemed for a voucher at a specific store, the action cannot be reversed, and the voucher can only be used at that selected store.

Requirements & Conditions for Redemption

To redeem your Cercle Points, you must adhere to the following conditions:

  • Points must be redeemed through the Cercle mobile app.
  • The redemption process is irreversible. Once a voucher is generated, the points cannot be refunded.
  • Vouchers are store-specific. Points redeemed for a voucher at one store (e.g., Outfitters) cannot be used at any other store.

How to Create a Voucher with Points

Follow these steps to convert your points into a usable voucher.

  1. Navigate to your Profile tab and tap Redeem Now.
  2. On the Rewards screen, tap the Redeem button.
  3. Choose your store from the list provided.
  4. A pop-up will appear. Use the slider to select the number of points you wish to redeem and tap Next.
  5. Review the confirmation screen and tap Redeem Now to finalize. A success message will confirm your voucher has been created.

How to Use Your Voucher

  1. Proceed to the checkout screen for the store you have a voucher for.
  2. When you are ready to complete your purchase, tap the option to automatically apply your voucher.
  3. The voucher’s value will be automatically deducted from your order total.
