How to Check Your Cercle Points Balance

  1. Open the Cercle app and ensure you’re signed in.
  2. Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner of the Home screen.
  3. On your Profile page, tap the “Redeem Now” button
  4. You’ll be taken to the Rewards screen (Wallet tab), where your total Cercle Points are displayed in the center of the colored meter.
  5. Below the meter, you’ll see a breakdown of your points:
  • Confirmed Points (Green):
     These are points you’ve already earned from completed orders. They are available to redeem for vouchers.
  • Pending Points (Orange):
     These are points from recent purchases that are still being processed. They will become confirmed once the order is completed and payment is verified.
  • Redeemed Points (Blue):
     These are points you’ve already used to claim vouchers or rewards.
