How to Review a Product You Purchased
You can leave a review for any product you’ve purchased once the order is complete. Your honest feedback helps other shoppers and sellers. You can give a 1–5 star rating, write a detailed review, and add photos of your item.
Steps to Leave a Review
- Open the app and go to the Orders 📦 section.
- Find the order you want to review and tap the Give your review button.
- A Give a Review window will appear.
- Choose your rating by tapping the stars ⭐ (1 to 5).
- (Optional) Write your Detail Review in the text box.
- (Optional) Tap Add Photo to upload pictures.
- Tap Send Review to publish your feedback.
If you decide not to leave a review, tap the ✕ icon to close the window.
📌 Note: By submitting a review, you confirm it’s honest and follows the platform’s community guidelines. Inappropriate or misleading reviews may be removed.
