Track Your Orders

With Cercle, you can easily track your orders using a valid tracking number. Once you’ve added your order to the Cercle app, it retrieves tracking details directly from the shipping carrier, providing you with real-time updates.

Automatic order tracking

Using the Cercle app, your orders can be tracked automatically from the following email sources:

  • Gmail
  • The email linked to your Cercle account used for purchases made from Shopify-enabled stores

After connecting your Gmail or Outlook account, Cercle scans your recent emails (from the last 30 days) for tracking-related terms such as “tracking number” or “track your package.” When Cercle detects a valid tracking number, it automatically displays your delivery details in the Orders section.

Please note that orders from some external stores may not always be automatically detected, as certain tracking emails may not be fully readable by Cercle. In such cases, you can manually add these orders.

Manual order tracking

If an order doesn’t appear automatically in your Cercle app or if you’d prefer not to link your email, you can track your orders manually by:

  • Entering the tracking number directly into Cercle.
  • Forwarding your order confirmation emails to a dedicated Cercle-provided email address.
