Understanding Your Order Status in Cercle
You can view the real-time status of your orders in the Orders tab of the Cercle app. The status communicates the current stage of your package, from placement to delivery. Here’s what each status means:
Your Order’s Journey
The progress bar on your order shows you exactly where your package is in the fulfillment process.
- In Progress
Your order has been successfully placed with the store. They are now preparing your items and getting them ready for shipment. During this stage, you may have the option to cancel your order.
- Shipped
The store has packed your order and handed it over to the shipping carrier. The package is now registered in the carrier’s system and is ready to begin its journey to you.
- In Transit
Your package is on the move! It is currently traveling through the carrier’s network, making its way to your delivery address.
- Delivered
Success! Your package has been delivered to its final destination. Once your order is marked as delivered, we’d love to hear about your experience—feel free to tap Give your review.
Cancelled Orders
- Cancelled
This order has been cancelled and will not be fulfilled. An order can be cancelled either by you (before it ships) or by the store. If you have any questions about a cancelled order, please contact the store directly.
