Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Build production systems for enterprise clients across financial services and logistics. You will own services end to end, from architecture decision through to being on the rota when they page.

What you'll do

Design and ship services that carry real production load
Write architecture decision records and defend them in review
Pair with client engineers as part of handover, not after it
Take part in an on-call rota for systems you helped build
Review pull requests with the care you would want on your own

What we're looking for

5+ years building and operating production web systems
Deep TypeScript, plus one of Go, Java or Python
Practical experience with PostgreSQL beyond basic CRUD
Comfort working directly with client stakeholders
A track record of shipping, not just designing

Nice to have

Genuinely optional. Nobody has been rejected for missing all of these.

Event-driven or event-sourced systems
Kubernetes in production, and opinions about when not to use it
Regulated-industry delivery experience

The process

3. Paid work sample (4 hrs) — a scoped, realistic problem. We pay for your time at your day rate.
4. Team conversation (60 min) — with people you would actually work beside.
